Installing LocalWP with existing components

How do I install LocalWP when I already have PHP 7.4 and MySQL 8.0 up and running?

I also have some local sites configured, can I just point LocalWP at them?

Hi @pzh20

You’d have to install Local and then import your zipped-up sites into the application. You won’t need separate components installed or configured for PHP or MySQL since that is all built into the app.

Sites that are already running locally need to be backed up and imported into Local?

The answer to both of these is yes. Everything is contained within the Local app itself.
