A feature that I’ve not found in Local is the ability to load remote images for the purpose of being able to avoid having a local copy of the entire uploads directory. I work with some sites that have uploads folders containing over 5gb of images, which is a hassle to deal with. While using VVV with Vagrant, I was able to input a domain name that the remote images would be loaded from instead of pulling a local copy. This would be a great addition to Local that would free up a ton of hard drive space.
