Local by flyweel 5.2.5 Windows mysql 5.6 not available?

Hallo Local Community!

My webhosting company told me to build my new site with mysql 5.6 but it doesnt seem to be an option.
I can only select 5.7.28 och 8.0.16. Am I the only one with this problem, how do i solve it?
I dont have to much knowledge aout this things but i guess version 5.7.28 is wrong for me.
