I’m personally using Ubuntu but my friend had installed Local in Windows 10, it got installed and an icon is visible in Desktop but when we open it or try to run it as administrator it is not opening. Can anyone help me in solving this?
It may be a issue with the firewall.
I had similar issue, however if I turned off the firewall, it started working for me.

I do turned off the windows defender but it didn’t worked!!
