Local hangs on installing from archive

I’ve created an export from Local v1.3.0 on another computer. I’m now trying to move that export to a new machine. When I import it from an archive, it goes well for a small bit then starts to hang at “Provisioning WP-CLI”. If I manually go to the URL it prompts me through the initial WordPress install. The directories are also present in the “app” folder. When I restart Local manually, the site shows up with a Green bubble as if it is properly installed, but again, going directly to the website URL prompts me to go through the initial WordPress install steps.

Can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log file? You can find it by going to Help » Reveal Local’s Log.
