Local installation on MacOS 13 stuck at "Stopping..." sites

Issue Summary

When I want to stop any site, Local gets stuck on the “Stopping…” message.
(it happens also after a clean re-install of Local and on freshly created sites)

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    It happens on all sites.

Replication

  1. Simply run any site and develop / test / access its content
  2. Try to stop the site
  3. The Stopping… process never ends and I have to force quit the Local application

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    6.4.3 - 6116

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    MacOS 13.0.1
