Local is requesting administrative privileges to modify your etc/hosts file

Hello, I always get this error when creating a wordpress page:

and additionally the error:

i have already tried the steps in the post (Help! I'm running into an EPERM error with the hosts file on Windows) i have also turned off my windows defender unfortunately this does nothing
My OS is Windows 11

It looks like this error may be due to a special character in your Windows username.

Can you try creating and using a user directory without extended characters?
