This is usually caused by the
hosts file being set to read-only or locked by anti-virus.
- Go to
- Right-click on the
hostsfile and go to “Properties”
- Uncheck “Read-only”
- Click “Apply”
- Re-open Local
- Open Kaspsersky Total Security
- Go to “More Tools”
- Go to “Application Control » Details”
- Click “Manage applications”
- Right-click on “Local by Flywheel” and set its Restrictions to Trusted
