Brand new system. So yes installing Rosetta helped. However I needed to do a forced installation of Rosetta through mac terminal.
For future reference: open terminal → enter: “softwareupdate --install-rosetta” → hit “A” → Installation complete.
Going through the formal mac process doesn’t help as Local does not allow to select Rosetta in the Info panel (If you need to install Rosetta on your Mac - Apple Support)
