Local no longer opens after selecting Faster Docker Volumes

My Local site has been loading very slow so I looked for a way to fix it. I saw people recommending to go to preferences > advanced and select Faster Docker Volumes and another box (I cant remember what it was now).

Now when I try to start Local I get an error:

Uh-oh! We ran into a hiccup when trying to start the Local Machine.
listen tcp4 127.0.01:49926: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

What do I do? Help please!

Solved.

Had to go into the control panel then the security then advanced settings then change the Data Execution Prevention so that it effects all programs. I found a thread that addressed the problem.
