Local not opens after installation shows an error as attached

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I want to run Local by fly wheel and use it for local hosting for WP practice. I’ve downloaded the latest version Local (local-8.1.0-windows) and installed it. When I go for opening my Local, it doesn’t open and give a popup / error as attached.

I’m using it on my Laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit installed. Please help and guide how to get it resolved and run my Local perfectly.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Windows 7 is no longer compatible with Local (along with 8/8.1) per our minimum requirements here:

That being said you should still be able to go to our releases page and download older versions of Local starting with 6 or 7 and be able to use most features. You may not be able to utilize the latest versions of PHP until you are able to utilize an updated OS however.
