salam alykom , I just installed local on my debian it works till I establish any new site regardless of the environments types and versions it shows an error while starting up the site that is “Error: spawnsync getcap enoent”
I get a solution that I should chmod of the chrome-sandbox on /opt/Local to 4755 but it doesn’t work after this the same error occurs and a flag appears on my browser tells that "local is requesting administrative privileges to modify your /etc/hosts file " and prompt me for password , I enter it and nothing happen ,also there is no such file in etc dir

Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser? no
