Issue Summary
Just trying out the latest version of Local on Windows 10. I created a site running PHP 7.4.1 and it runs very fast. However, if I switch to PHP 8.0.0 it immediately runs significantly slower.
If I switch back to PHP 7.4.1 it becomes fast again.

Replication
Create a new site running PHP 8.0.0 or switch an existing sites PHP version. Load the WP admin. The pags seem slower than on PHP 7.4.1.
