Local run into a EBUSY error when trying to update hosts file

Hi, I am new here. I have installed Local but every time I turn on the program I get the message “local run into a EBUSY error when trying to update hosts file”. and “warning: Missing hosts entries : the site may be inaccessible and when I try to access the site I get the message " ayuryoga4life.local ’s server IP address could not be found.” I have disabled firewall, antivirus, anti-malware etc, reinstalled the program but nothing works repeatedly. I am not an experienced user, in fact I am a beginner. I would like to know If anyone can help me to fix that, as I am trying to create a word press site but cannot advance due to this problem. I ma using a lenovo computer (that is about 6 years old), running windows 10. Thank you
