MacOS blank auto update on startup

What issue or error are you experiencing?

When I start Local, I am prompted with an autoupdate dialogue box, but it doesn’t display any info, and no way of updating.

If you see a blank update window in Local 9.2.6

Local 9.2.7 is out now. It fixes a bug in 9.2.6 with the update window. If you see a blank window when trying to update from 9.2.6, download the latest version of Local from this page: https://localwp.com/releases/ If you’re updating from earlier versions, this won’t affect you. You can install the latest version by checking for updates in Local.
