Missing a temporary Folder

Issue Summary

When i try to install plugin, i have got the error message “Missing a temporary folder”

Replication

To reproduce just configure a site with apache and php in 7.4.1 (local 6.4.0)
Go to admin interface
try to install plugin from folder (my plugin size exceed 10Mo)

ok i found the solution, for the community you need to update your PHP configuration to indicate a upload temporary directory
