Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
Can you please provide more details so that we can look into this issue? I’m not able to help with the information provided.
What happens when you try to create a new site?
What leads you to believe files are missing?
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?
What machine and operating system are you trying to use Local on?

Ut’s a problem in my friend’s laptop
She get this massage when she try to create the site (I add a photo)
in my computer I can see a folder of the local, and in her laptop this folder is empty
One issue might be special characters in the username or pathing:
If your friend is on Windows there might also be some security or permission blockers. They may want to check any security, antivirus or firewall settings as well.
