Move all sites to new Mac

I need to move/copy my local setup to a new computer. Is export/import still the preferred way to transfer sites?

Is it possible to just copy all my site folders to the new machine and to the new local’s sites path and have it just pickup the sites?

Unfortunately I can’t use the cloud backup addon as my company is all Microsoft so only have OneDrive available to me. Doesn’t look like that is supported.

Yeah, the safest way is to export and re-import via a site .zip file.
