My Site after uploading to cpanel, keeps going back to the local host URL.
I have change the permalinks and still when i click home or refresh goes back to local hosted url of another site. My current site Url is fit360dev.local but the site on cpanel reverts back to multisite.local and thats a different site all together.

What am i not doing or doing wrong?

I’d recommend using a plugin to migrate your site from Local when using cPanel. A couple of great ones we love are:

Alternatively, you could try running a search-and-replace on your database to replace the wrong url with the new url wherever it might be hiding out. Let us know if either of these fixes the issue!
