My site did not get a php.ini

What issue or error are you experiencing?

When trying to upload into my site, I am getting error msg:

Warning : File upload error - unable to create a temporary file in Unknown on line 0

Missing a temporary folder.

I found the same error on another post, which involved a problem in the php.ini—when I started the new site, a php.ini was not created.

I have a blank php.ini now, created myself, but not sure how to configure this.

What are you trying to upload to your site? Is this something like a plugin or theme?

Your Local site will have a php.ini file by default, you shouldn’t need to create one. If you use Go to site folder it will be inside of Conf > PHP
