No acces to my site

Hi everyone,
I’ve just set Local and I’ve lost Local database. On screen there’s nothing but database invalid. Do you know how to recover a proper Local database because I can’t do anything : no access to the admin and of course no access to my site.
And could you explain me how to import my site database from Mamp. I think I did it right but I am not sure.
