No access to menus

I have just updated my local software now i can not access the header and footer menus, Elementor just say loading but it never loads, i am new to this so any help would be appreciated, it’s took me 8 hrs to do my home page which comes up with the header and footer but again i cant access them with Elementor

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

You might want to run through the checks in our performance help guide below. Sometimes Elementor can be quite resource intensive.
