One click admin not working while imageMagick is installed

Bug Summary

If ImageMagick is installed on the system, one click admin will not work. Uninstalling solves the problem, but is not the solution as one may need it to be installed.

Steps to reproduce

Install ImageMagick via winget or other way.

Environment Info

Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, 25H2, 26200.8655
PHP any 8.x version, nginx - any version
Local, Version 10.1.0+6912
