OSX 10.12.6 Local 5.0.7 Error installing WordPress

Hi All,
I’ve seen a bunch of entries for failed installs. None seem to match mine.

The core error appears to be unable to install Wordpress;

Hi All,
My fix was to install local-by-flywheel-3-2-1-mac rather than 5.0.7. To my eyes, it looks like it is a fuller install that includes Wordpress & other required components. Where 5.0.7 despite the documentation saying has no pre-requisites must in fact require Wordpress or a previous install?

The only other difference was removing % from my admin password. Any chance there is a limit of special characters?
