Problem importing using all in one plugin

I used the all in one plugin to export my site which is just less than 400mb. I increased the upload size to 500mb in WP.

When I import the all in one file it says 100% but I am never told that the import is complete. Should I be using something else to export my website so I can import it properly. Do I just need to export the database or the files as well.

Please advise. I have both Firefox and Google Chrome and am using Linux Lite which is Ubuntu based.
