Issue Summary

Hello guys, I have a problem with one of my sites created locally, I accidentally gave it an update to the php version and when I realized I canceled it, when I did that I started throwing an error that does not allow me to open the site or the site administrator, what can I do?

PS: I don’t speak much English, so excuse me that I can’t express myself very well
