Problem with localhost

Hi,

I am a student in Multimedia and create a site via Wordpress. So I installed Local to host my site on my laptop.

I have no problem connecting to the site in question, on the other hand no more means of going to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/.

So I have the message “localhost does not allow connection” that appears.

I use Xampp, is there a problem with my Karsperky ? I put Apache on port 10080, 10443 and MySQL on port 3306.

I am using Nginx for my Wordpress site.
