Problème de connexion lors de l'inscription du code d'authentification

Bonjour je ne parviens pas à me connecter à mon compte. Il m’est demandé un code en 2ème authentification mais aucun code que j’essaie ne fonctionne.
Comment m’authentifier autrement ou comment obtenir ce code ?

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through.
