Pull PHP 5 site to PHP 7 Local?

I have a site on Flywheel which is PHP 5. I would like to pull it to Local and convert it to PHP 7.

So two questions -

  1. When I try to Pull the site it hangs on Finalizing (Local is set to PHP 7) Do I need to adjust settings in Local ?
  2. If I do succeed in Pulling the site, how do I convert it to PHP 7 ?

I am a complete Local newbie so any pointers would be much appreciated.
