Issue Summary
I tried to pull the production site from WPEngine by using “Pull to Local” button in Connect and got the popped up error alert like the attached image when the pulling process is running. If I clicked OK, the process said “pulling the site successfully” and it takes me the login page of new WordPress website.
Troubleshooting Questions
- Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
Only two sites have this problem.
Replication
The steps I took are…
- Open Local app and go to Connect
- Click “Pull to Local” button
- Then the error message came up
The message said
Error: Command failed: /Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/lightning-services/mysql-8.0.16+5/bin/darwin/bin/mysql local -B --disable-column-names -e SELECT option_value FROM hv8whzax9_options WHERE option_name = ‘siteurl’;
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table ‘local.hv8whzax9_options’ doesn’t exist
