Remove MU Plugin: Relative IRL ( for Live Links )

Hi,
After migrating from my local dev site to live server ( not using Flywheel ), I still have “Local by Flywheel Relative URL (for Live Links)” in my must-use plugins folder.

Can I remove / delete it?

Have you solved this? I have the same issue! I try to delete it from the MU folder and have no luck.
