Replaced local by flywheel with local lightning by mistake

Hi,

I am using imac and i had local by flywheel installed on my machine. When local lightning has arrived i downloaded it and when prompted, instead of creating a new local app in the app folder, I chose to replace the old local app with the new one. What are the implications?
