RESOLVED: Too Many Redirects Error

Just a quick note to say this issue has been resolved. It turned out when I renamed the site using all small letters ie. informbp instead of informBP everything started to work again.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my site via a Browser and the error message I get: “This page isn’t working” due to “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.

I have cleared my cookies and disabled all my plugins and the issue is still not resolved.

I am, however, able to view my site via the live link.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    This seems to occur to one particular site in Local.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    I am able to create a new site and access it in a Browser.

    Windows 10 Professional
