Sequel Pro doesn't pick up Database Name

Having changed DB_NAME to something other than “local”, Sequel Pro, doesnt pick up the change.

(I have removed all wordpress files apart from wp_config.php
in order to try using local with something other than wordpress.
It would be good if it could find the database config from somewhere else (php.ini or…) if wp_config.php is not present. I would prefer not to have wp_config in my non-wordpress sources.

Blueprint saving doesn’t pick up on a database name change (DB_NAME) either!
(I would like to have 2 databases)

The blueprint export appears to contain both databases, but it doesnt import them both.
