I keep hitting the " Error establishing a database connection " error with my sites.
Local Version : 2.4.3
macOS : Mojave Version 10.14

I have tried restarting my machine, local, the site and no luck.
The issue does also appear to be happening to other sites also
Sometimes when starting the site I get a 502 error and then I stop and start again an then I get the “Error establishing a database connection”
