SSL certificates no longer work in Google Chrome

I’m seeing this exact issue again on Mac Big Sur 11.6.1, Chrome Version 107.0.5304.87 (Official Build) (x86_64).

Happening on all sites, and all of a sudden. Only seems to be happening in Chrome.
