I am having the same problem.
Which version of Windows are you on and is it Pro/Home? Do you receive Insider Preview updates?
Also, which version of Local are you running?
It would also be helpful to have a screenshot of the error in addition to output of the local-lightning.log (which can be found by following this guide).
