I’m in Australia, our postcodes have four numbers, not five. I’m testing out a payment button on a form using Stripe. & it is automatically asking for a zipcode. Ours have 4 numbers, yours have 5, so for the sake of testing I just added a zero in the front. I’m hoping this will resolve itself when I go live - can anyone tell me for sure please? When I checked in the Stripe dashboard it showed the purchase as coming from the USA - which I figured is due to me using Local… If this is incorrect, please tell me! I’m hoping this will resolve itself when I go live - can anyone tell me for sure please? I am about to set up memberships using Simple Membership - with 1 x 1 off payment & 1 x recurring subscription on the same site, assuming I will strike the same problem with that too.
I’d be grateful for any advice, I am overhauling this site from the ground up and I’ve put weeks of work into the rest of it, just about ready to chuck in the towel with this last bit of pain!
This seems like something you should be asking Stripe about. It doesn’t seem to have anything directly or indirectly related to Local.
