Stripe Test Data Webhook Error

I’m getting a 100% fail rate on test webhooks from Stripe with Site Domains router mode and HTTPS/SSL active.

Am I missing something to get Stripe webhooks working in test mode on Local?

Stripe error: Failed to connect to remote host
