Stuck on "Local Image Upgrade"

Hi,
My Local-installation gets stuck on “Local Image Upgrade”. Tried reinstalling a lot of times, but it gets stuck at the same thing every time. Also tried reinstalling VirtualBox.

Same problem with both 2.0.8 and 2.1.0.
