Subdomains and multiple domains

I am not looking to create a multisite.
Using WPML https://wpml.org/tutorials/2016/04/use-wpml-different-domains-per-language/
What would be the best process to create subdomains and multiple other domains.

Examples could be
personal.local (main site)
br.personal.local (subdomain)
personal.br(new domain)

Need help, please.
I am on a Mac environment. Have WPEngine hosting so would be using the pull/push to send information from local to the hosting.

Yeah, been hoping for the ability to add custom domains per install for quite some time, Iā€™m afraid.
