Two-factor authentication issue

Issue Summary

I have started to get a request to enter my two-factor verification code when logging in. I never set it up and was logged in then was auto-logged out and now I haven’t been able to access my account for over a week.


This happens every time I try to log in and I don’t have Local on any of my TFA apps.
