Ubuntu - How do I apply the update?

Issue Summary

When I open LBF I see an alert that there is a new update. Great. It brings me to a download page and I download the .deb file to update. When the file finishes downloading and I open it, it opens the software center and gives me the option to remove LBF or go to the website. How do I actually use the updater to apply the update to LBF?

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    Yes, everything in LBF works as it should, but I am not using the latest version and there does not seem to be a way to update to it.

Just open LBF.
