unable to update WordPress version

Hello flywheel,
I am a design student and have installed your software to build a website on a local server. The product is wonderful and convenient, but since I have used it, I have encountered problems:

  1. I unable to update WordPress version
  2. I unable to install plugins
  3. I keep getting a message on my computer that something is wrong

I would be happy to know if these problems are related to you and if so how do I act and can you help me?
