Uncode Theme Local Activation Error

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I’m trying to set up a local installation of the WordPress Theme “Uncode” before uploading it to my own webserver. They did a documentation about this a few years ago. But I can’t activate the theme licence. Without, you can’t import any elements of the theme.

Anyone using this theme with the Local App?

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

  1. Create new installation
  2. Install theme and activate plugins
  3. Try to import elements and you’re getting an error message

System Details

  • Local Version: Version 9.1.0+6719

  • Operating System (OS) and OS version: macOS Sequoia 15.0.1

Hey @paulh! I don’t have a specific answer but it looks like they have some troubleshooting basics here:

If you have a paid registration you should also be able to log in and create a ticket to their team directly as well.
