The current version of WP-CLI included with Local is v.1.4.1
The latest stable version of WP-CLI is v.2.1

Please update WP-CLI for the next release of Local.

Maybe you could trigger an update of WP-CLI when we create new site, in order to always get the latest version of WP-CLI.

Great idea! We’re working on formalizing our release schedule so that maintenance releases (with dependency updates) are more regular/consistent.

The latest version of WP CLI is now 2.7.1. Running the old version causes errors with search and replace, so it’d be good to regularly update WP Cli.
