Keep WP CLI updated

Hi,

please keep the WP-CLI updated! The current version is 2.10.0 in Local WP, however the latest version is 2.11.0, which was released in Aug 8, 2024.

My problem is that it has an older version of the i18n-command, that has a bug. The 2.11.0 version includes the fixed version. Without it, I can not generate a .l10n.php file, if the .po file has empty strings, as it will include those empty strings as translations, so texts will be empty on the admin or front-end.

Local 9.2 (currently in beta, likely to release this month) has WP-CLI 2.11.

You could use the beta or wait for the full release.
