Issue Summary
When creating a new site, I’m getting a URL that is http:// even when I trust the SSL. I think as soon as you trust the SSL it should switch the site to https:// or ask.

Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
Yes, all new. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
I can access it, but it has the wrong URL.
Replication
Spin up a new site. Notice URL is http://. Accept SSL, notice it has not changed.
