Use hostname 0.0.0.0 instead of localhost

Is it possible to configure Local to use hostname 0.0.0.0 instead of localhost ?

This configuration is making it very difficult for me to develop / test my website in my Windows 10 VM running under virtualbox. Using ngrok “live link” for this is also not really acceptable because it is extremely slow.

Or maybe someone has a workaround for testing sites on windows using mac osx as the host machine.
