Use Local without an internet connection

I am new to Local. I installed it in my Windows 10 pc without issues and im running it as needed. Thus when I’m offline or I apply WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL in Wp-config, it does not work.

How can I work offline without an internet connection? Specially by using the query mentioned above to disable internet requests to Wordpress.

Solved. When I go offline I have to restart the machine for it to work. With the Http query, now it works after restarting and WP does not make internet requests even when im online :smiley:
